Coming this fall to Disney+, ‘An Almost Christmas Story’ is an animated co-production between Alfonso Cuaron’s Esperanto Films, Titmouse, and Maere Studios Animation.

Produced by Alfonso Cuaron and David Lowery, with Creative Design Supervisor Nicholas Ashe Bateman of Maere Studios.

MAERE STUDIOS developed the project for over a year, moving from earliest storyboards to full 3d animatics, designing the entire short and its visual style; creating all sets, characters, costumes, through to the supervision, lighting and compositing of all shots.
